The educator behind the scenes
Patrick James is a nationally certified school psychologist with extensive experience working in diverse communities and settings, supporting students of all ages and backgrounds. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (2014) and an Education Specialist degree from National Louis University (2019), Patrick has a deep understanding of the challenges and needs within the educational system.
Driven by a passion for enhancing student success and addressing the critical shortage of school staff, Patrick founded Academic Psych Services. This mission-driven staffing agency is dedicated to improving educational outcomes through tailored support for schools and students. Patrick’s commitment to educational excellence and his broad experience make him a leader in providing innovative staffing solutions for schools.
